Receptionist Career Opportunity - Per Diem (Pool)

Hourly rate range $16.50 - $24.00 / hour

Operating the switchboard, managing front desk reception, and providing crucial clerical support across departments, your contributions ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual.
• Greet all visitors; assist them in signing in and wearing identification
• Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes.
• Stamp all outgoing mail and monitors postage machine.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.

• General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine.
• Microsoft Office software to include Outlook, Word and Excel
