As someone who has experience as a licensed therapist, social worker or nurse, you are the liaison between Encompass Health and community providers, sharing our message and assessing a patient’s fit for rehabilitative care. You will work hand-in-hand with assisted living facilities, physicians, hospital emergency departments, urgent care facilities, caregivers and more to ensure that their patients are aware of the benefits of choosing Encompass Health for their inpatient rehabilitative care. Connect with these referral sources and caregivers on the unique ways we help patients, including personalized treatment plans, specialized care teams, innovative technologies and patient safety.
