Our training program will take your skills and show you how they work within the company so you can help us deliver an incredible patient experience. During orientation, you will meet your colleagues, leaders and your mentor. During your first 90 days, you have the opportunity to learn and receive feedback, ensuring you are utilizing your skills and finding your way within your hospital. If selected, you may then be contacted and scheduled for your next interview with our hiring manager and possibly other colleagues.
Once interviews have been completed, if you are selected, we will notify you with your conditional offer. Once the offer has been accepted, we will begin the pre-employment screening process, including background checks, reference checks and certification/license verifications. Once you are officially cleared, we will give you a formal start date.
