As a new Encompass Health employee, your training will start with a comprehensive orientation. You’ll learn more about us, meet your new team members and connect with our leaders. We will also arrange for you to tour one of our hospitals so you can have a first-hand look at how your role impacts our patients.

If you meet the qualifications, one of our Talent Acquisition Recruiters may contact you via phone, video call or email for an initial interview.
If selected, you may then be contacted and scheduled for your next interview with our hiring manager and possibly other colleagues.
Once interviews have been completed, if you are selected, we will notify you with your conditional offer. Once the offer has been accepted, we will begin the pre-employment screening process, including background checks, reference checks and certification/license verifications. Once you are officially cleared, we will give you a formal start date.
