A comprehensive pathway to hospital leadership
The DFCEO program is an immersive leadership residency that provides participants with a deep understanding of every aspect of hospital operations. Over the course of the program, associates gain exposure to the departments, systems and strategies that drive successful inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
Participants work alongside experienced leaders, receive individualized coaching and mentorship, and build the skills needed to confidently lead a hospital of their own.
