Do the work that fuels your career ambitions
- Assists Controller in preparation and review of monthly financial schedules.
- Participates in acquisition analysis.
- Ensures proper support and analyses is maintained for balance sheet accounts.
- Reviews the monthly asset ledger.
- Monitors hospital internal controls.
- Serves as a liaison with external audit personnel for ongoing audit work.
- Oversees the hiring, supervision and training of hospital employees as needed.
- Provides management with data as necessary.
- Processes additions, deletions, disposals, and transfers of assets.
- Completes special projects and other duties as requested to support needs of organization.
- Prepares monthly journal entry uploads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, or equivalent years of experience.
- Two years of accounting experience; healthcare experience preferred.
