What You'll Do

• Lead referral intake and admissions processes.
• Educate referral sources and support census growth strategies.
• Oversee insurance verification and pre-certifications.
• Analyze referral data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support training and development of admissions team members.
• Educate the admissions liaison staff on the referral development and admissions process. 
• Understand healthcare operations, legal guidelines, competitive analysis, and market place trends. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current driver's license in state employed and acceptable driving record.
• Current state professional license preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare liaison or clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems.
• Familiarity with acute hospital, rehab hospitals, and local healthcare market preferred.
