What You'll Do
- Coordinate outpatient admissions and scheduling.
- Process new admissions.
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations.
- Communicate with patients and families.
- Manage records, documentation, and billing processes.
- Collect co-pays and complete daily reconciliations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months experience or equivalent in hospital admissions preferred.
- Experience in admissions or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance and payor processes a plus.
