Become the Central Supply Clerk You Always Wanted to Be

  • Receives all medical and clinical supplies and documents appropriately.
  • Maintains a daily rental equipment log.
  • Participates in and performs a physical inventory as required by hospital policy.
  • Ensures that the therapy/nursing storage rooms and carts are stocked appropriately.
  • Orders medical and clinical supplies for the hospital.
  • Maintains appropriate level of inventory at all times.
  • Forwards all invoices to accounts payable for timely processing.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of hospital supply management/distribution preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and meet deadlines independently.
