Quality Coordinator
The Quality Coordinator, under the general direction of the Associate Director of Quality, assists in managing and maintaining clinical and quality data at the hospital, regional and corporate level. This person will also help manage the CMS Quality Reporting Program (QRP), including but not limited to working with hospital and regional staff to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant reporting and assist in the management of QRP public reporting. The position provides education and support to hospital, regional, and corporate staff regarding quality and QRP, including the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN), The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and National Quality Forum (NQF), Uniform Data System (UDS) and Press Ganey. The coordinator will also analyze and report data for trends and improvement related to patient satisfaction, patient outcomes, joint commission, and the patient feedback hotline. The coordinator will also maintain and update the Quality SharePoint site.
