A key part of that support is our Nursing Career Ladder, a structured advancement program based on the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses’ Competency Model. Open to full-time, part-time and eligible PRN staff, the ladder includes four progressive levels—RN I through RN IV—with clear benchmarks for experience, performance and professional development. Our nurses can earn points in areas like leadership, team collaboration, nursing practice innovation and ongoing education. As you advance, you can receive enhanced titles and compensation while making an even greater impact on patient care.
