Every day, our clinical marketing team members serve as the link between Encompass Health and the patients who need us most. They are out in the community building relationships, having conversations and making sure people understand what inpatient rehabilitation can truly offer.
Our clinical marketing liaisons work closely with physicians, assisted living facilities, hospital teams, urgent care centers, caregivers and families. They take the time to understand each situation and help guide patients toward the care that fits their needs.
This could look like taking the time to walk patients and families through what care they would receive, answer questions and make things feel a little less overwhelming. A lot of these conversations happen during really tough moments in a patient’s life so building trust and showing up with empathy matters just as much as the information they share.
