Training and Onboarding

From day one, you’ll see how important your role is. We hired you for a reason, and we want you to feel confident and supported as you begin your journey here. Our training program is built to help you get comfortable in your role and learn how your skills support the patient experience. During your orientation, you’ll meet your new team, connect with leaders, and be paired with a mentor to guide you through those early days.

The first 90 days are a time for learning and growth. You’ll get the chance to ask questions, receive feedback, and start to discover where you want to go next in your career.
