Step 3: Job Offer and Pre-Employment Screening

Candidates who are selected will receive a formal job offer. From there, the pre-employment process begins, which includes background checks, reference checks, and verification of any required licenses or certifications. A drug screen and TB test are also part of this process to ensure a safe environment for both employees and patients.
